We are preparing the world for a revolution in aging.
We are redefining what it means to age and to age well.
We are compassionate dreamers and independent thinkers.
We believe age is no barrier, but instead an opportunity.
We crusade for more than 80 million Americans.
We are gerontologists and life is our work.
The USC Davis School is the oldest and largest school of gerontology in the world. Founded in honor of pioneering heroes Ethel Percy Andrus and Leonard Davis, we are the international leaders, innovators and crusaders of gerontological education.
Led by our dean and executive director Pinchas Cohen, M.D., we seek to empower older adults to live better, healthier and longer through our research, service and education. We offer both online and residential master’s programs that help add an executive polish to an existing career or allow you to begin an exciting new professional chapter.
Your desire to be a part of this aging revolution sets you apart but you are not alone! Our alumni are forging creative, rewarding trails in a variety of fields and our faculty are at the cutting edge of their chosen disciplines.
Although research and academia are wonderful career paths, gerontologists have limitless additional professional options. How can gerontology fit into your existing career path or help you blaze a new one? Ask us and we’ll help you figure it out.
Join the revolution today!
