Judy Pa, PhD

Associate Professor of Neurology and Gerontology


Dr. Judy Pa is an Associate Professor at the Mark and Mary Stevens Neuroimaging and Informatics Institute in the Keck School of Medicine and the department of Neurology. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Alzheimer’s disease at UC San Francisco and then served five years as a faculty member. She joined USC’s faculty in 2014. Dr. Pa’s research is focused on identifying individuals at risk for Alzheimer’s disease, understanding how Alzheimer’s pathology impacts brain function in the living brain, and developing ways to remediate cognitive and brain dysfunction through lifestyle interventions. Her research program is supported by the National Institute on Aging. Dr. Pa is dedicated to mentoring PhD graduate students in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Psychology, and Biostatistics/Epidemiology.
