Overview

Sarah Dhillon, PhD, MBA, is an Assistant Instructional Faculty member with a passion for wellness, hospitality, and the foodservice industry. Dhillon brings menu planning, menu labeling, food safety, food science, and management expertise to the Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity coordinated program. Before joining USC, Dhillon worked in the foodservice industry, was a foodservice dietetic preceptor, and taught part-time for an undergraduate nutrition program in Southern California.

Dhillon is teaching a number of courses at USC Leonard Davis of Gerontology, including Food Production and Foodservice Management for the Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity coordinated program. Dhillon is currently supporting the introduction of the new Masters in Foodservice and Nutrition program.
