What Attendees are Saying

“I attended the executive course from China for consecutive two years already as I was very much attracted by the unique cross-disciplinary curriculum covering cutting edge research in ageing science, business operations, investment and finance, legal and risk management, leadership, architectural design, marketing and sales. The networking opportunity with some of the most talented professors at USC, the most successful developers and operators, and the most experienced professionals is also the best part of the course. The learning was inspiring and stimulating. I strongly recommend the program to international “students” as it is the only rare opportunity in year to learn everything and what’s going on in the senior living in the US and get to know more friends who are committed to the sector.”

– Yong (Tony) Wang, CEO, Watermark Senior Living China Limited

“Everyone in our industry, whether you’re in the C suite or aspire to be, should attend Greg Patton’s classes at the USC Senior Living Executive Course. We are never too old to learn; in my case, Greg proved that to me. He provides an awesome process for fine-tuning our most critical skill: interpersonal relations.”

– Patricia Will, Founder and CEO of Belmont Village

“The breadth of content, which included perspectives from senior housing operators, capital providers, and USC professors, was topical and connected many facets of the senior care industry. The course was delivered in engaging and collaborative formats, which provided plenty of opportunity to get to know other industry leaders.  Group breakfasts, lunches, and dinners added to the collaboration and networking.”

– Kevin Tyler, Vice President – Investments, Underwriting at Welltower

“The USC Senior Living Executive Course is a unique opportunity to learn about the business of senior living, older adults, as well as the aging process. I strongly recommend this course to anyone who wants to combine highly applicable science with cutting edge business practices and hear from experienced executives in the field of senior living.”

– Robert Kramer, CEO of National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC)

“The course produced by USC Leonard Davis School provided great insight into the process and business of aging, while the setting created an invaluable networking experience for all those who attended.”

– Taylor Rijos, Associate – Investments, Underwriting at Welltower
