The holidays are often a stressful time for caregivers. Running around, decorating, shopping, holiday get-togethers, etc. all end up taking an enormous toll on our time and energy. In this podcast, we discuss how the holidays can affect caregivers and what they can do to help themselves reduce holiday stress. The goal of the podcast is to give people “food for thought” about the things that we do during the holidays which are done out of enjoyment, obligation or duty. When we look honestly at our (numerous) holiday tasks, are we doing things because we genuinely enjoy doing them, or are we dragging ourselves along out of obligation or a sense of duty?
