The Pike Lab is always looking for ambitious, hardworking scientists to join our group. Ideal candidates will have appropriate academic background in neuroscience and neurodegenerative diseases as well as research experience with cellular and molecular techniques, particularly with cultured neurons and/or rodent models of Alzheimer’s disease. We welcome inquiries from persons at all career stages.
Postdoctoral Researchers
Interested PhD scientists are encouraged to send an email with their CV, a summary of research accomplishments, and a statement of future plans that addresses how training in the Pike Lab will contribute to their career development.
Graduate Students
The Pike Lab accepts students from several USC graduate programs, including the Neuroscience Graduate Program and the Biology of Aging PhD Program. Contact Christian with questions about the programs, current research projects, and availability of lab rotations.
Undergraduate Students
There are limited numbers of research assistant positions for undergraduate students available each year. Successful applicants are accomplished, highly motivated students that are expected to commit to the lab for at least one year. Submit a resume and a statement of your goals for and expectations of the research experience.
